Two points to note: 1) Lake Whitney does not allow any animals to be in or around the Rec Hall, and we will be enforcing this rule.
2) The Tavern will be open all night Saturday night. Please make sure you arrange for sleeping elsewhere if you don't plan on participating in all night activities.

Schedule

:
Friday nite
Camping at 3 campsites provided,
Bring your own food for campside cooking.
Bringing back the days of old Kalladen, and the night will be spent in camp hopping & socializing,
and miscreants will roam the woods. Drunken dice, bardics, campfire roasting, & ditching.

Saturday: All times are, as usual, approximate. Other games will be available if time allows.
10:00 AM - Weapons Check
10:30 AM - Battle game
10:30:00 - 4:00: Accepting entries for A&S Competition
11:00 - 3:00 Tavern serving.
Beg. 1:00 - Lake of Lava Challenge (Time frame depends on how many people take challenge.)
4:00 PM - Archery Tourney & Javelin Toss
5:00 PM - Kid's Tourney
**6:00 PM - Blade Tourney (May begin earlier depending on Archery/Javelin bouts)
6:00 PM - Judging for A&S Competition
At 7:00 pm, a fog rolls in, enveloping Darkwood. The time has arrived for good food, good drink, and for chaos to rule! We're delighted you've joined us, but…expect the unexpected!
8:00 PM - Feast
9:00 PM - Court
10:00 PM The Lord of Misrule begins his reign for the night!!

Tavern will be serving cokes, 7-ups, & orange juice.
Tavern games: Drunken Dice, Deck of Many Things, and other tavern games.

Sunday morning:
Wake up, clean up, & leave by 12:00 noon

It has been brought to my attention that there will be several animals coming to this event. Some of them are needed (service animals) which is fine. The only thing I ask is that all animals, service or not be kept out of the feast hall on Saturday as we have several people coming that are highly allergic. They must all be leashed or caged at all times (park rules).
